Most visits are same-day or next-day — the windows in the booking form above are the real ones. Fridge-not-cooling emergencies: call us, we hold a few slots back each morning.
For the most common failures — heating elements, thermal fuses, igniters, pumps, belts — yes, they’re on the truck. That’s why the model number in the booking form helps so much: for less common parts we can order ahead of your visit.
We’ll tell you straight. If the repair costs more than about half the price of a comparable new appliance, we’ll say so, explain why, and you’ll only owe the $89 diagnostic.
90 days on both the part and the labor for every completed repair. If the same problem comes back inside that window, we come back and make it right at no charge.
